Having obtained his LL.M. degree in Corporate Finance Law from the University of Westminster, London, UK, He is an experienced lawyer both in the field of litigation and corporate finance and Arbitration at the Indonesian National Arbitration Board.

Prior to joining Infinitum, he has worked in Jakarta-based law firm at Otto Cornelis Kaligis & Associates.
He currently holds an advocate licence from PERADI.

Ivan M.P. Tampubolon, S.H., M.H., CTLC.

Ivan is an experienced litigator, whose practice covers a wide range of litigation works, with in-depth experiences in various cases including civil, criminal, bankruptcy, insolvency,and other commercial litigation cases. His all-around skill in litigation is a result of training and hard work obtained during his years working in Jakarta-based trusted lawfirm.

Ivan received his bachelor of laws from Atma Jaya Catholic University and master of laws from Padjadjaran University, both majoring in business law. Ivan holds an advocate license from the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and also a license to act as a receiver and administrator in bankruptcy from the Indonesian Association of Administrator and Receiver in Bankruptcy (AKPI).

Roberth Aritonang, S.H., LL.M. CTLC.

Roberth is an experienced lawyer both in the field of litigation and corporate commercial. Prior to joining Infinitum, he has worked in various Jakarta-based trusted law firms.
Roberth received his Bachelor of Laws from the Catholic University of Atma Jaya, and his Master of Laws in international commercial law from Westminster University, London. He currently holds an advocate licence from PERADI and also a license to act as a receiver and administrator in bankruptcy from the Indonesian Association of Administrator and Receiver in Bankruptcy (AKPI).

Since the establishment of Infinitum Law Office, Roberth has been trusted by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), which is currently the best state owned company (BUMN), to represent the company in handling several complex cases on national level, among others are class action against the reclaim of all train stations in Java, all assets reclaim as well as industrial relation cases.
Due to his success in the above cases, Roberth has been further trusted by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) to handle various legal cases for its subsidiary namely PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI).
As a licensed receiver and administrator in bankruptcy, Roberth has represented numerous clients and as administrator or as reciever in bankruptcy and postponement of debt settlement obligation (PKPU) cases, among others are PT. Riza Irwansyah, S.H., M.H.

Riza specializes in general corporate, foreign investment, capital market and industrial relation work, and has played an integral role in wide range of transactions in array of sectors such as retail and energy.
Riza was the head of the legal team responsible for the initial public offering process and listing of PT Kertas Basuki Rachmat Indonesia Tbk in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-2008. Riza has also been assisting well-known clients on their general corporate and industrial relation matters.

Prior to joining Infinitum Law Office, Riza worked in several well-knowned law firm and also gained experiences by acting as in –house legal counsel in local and multinational companies. Since 2012 until present time, Riza is entrusted by PT. Bank Mutiara, Tbk (formerly known as Bank Century) and Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) to participate and acted on an active role in solving the the Bank Century and Antaboga Delta Sekuritas matter, a case that shook and inflict a systemic impact on the economy in Indonesia.

Riza holds a bachelor of law degree, majoring in business law from the Catholic University of Atma Jaya and completed his master of laws degree (M.H.) from Pelita Harapan Unversity and obtained an advocate licence from the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Tony has extensive experience in handling litigation cases. A season veteran, he has been working on civil, criminal, corruption, bankruptcy, insurance, industrial relation, and family dispute cases during his impressive 15 years experience as a lawyer. Over the years, Toni has been privileged to represent well-known clients including PT Agung Podomoro, PT Timor Putra Nasional, PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk and PT Bank Commonwealth Indonesia. He also represented clients in cases related to the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) in 2003. Prior to joining Infinitum Law Office, Toni worked in several well-knowned law firm and also gained experiences by acting as in –house legal counsel in local and multinational companies.

Tony received his bachelor of law degree from the Indonesian Islamic University, and an advocate licence from the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the firm. Bambang Tryandono,S.H.,M.H.

Bambang concentrates his practice on general corporate matters, with expertise on structuring commercial agreements and handling day-to-day corporate matters for various clients in the banking and energy sector. Mr. Alfons R. Pohan completed his Bachelor of Law Degree (S.H.) at Universitas Kristen Indonesia, Jakarta in 2005 and earned a Master of Laws Degree (M.H.) from Universitas Indonesia. His areas of practice include criminal and civil litigation, oil gas and mining law, real estate and property law, arbitration and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Infinitum Law Office, Mr. Alfons R. Pohan started his career as a litigation lawyer at O.C. Kaligis & Associates. There, he defended numerous of high profile clients. Mr. Alfons R. Pohan is registered Advocate in PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association) and also a license to act as a receiver and administrator in bankruptcy from the Indonesian Association of Administrator and Receiver in Bankruptcy (AKPI).
